Avengers: Endgame – Whatever It Takes

A new trailer just dropped for Avengers: Endgame and it brings all the feels.

The trailer focuses on the surviving members of the Avengers as they come together in hopes of saving what is left of humanity. And yes, they are going to do whatever it takes. In short, we get new footage, a few questions get answered, and some rumors and spoilers get confirmed. We also get to see Captain Marvel make an appearance. (Apparently, Thor “likes this one.”)

The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, Avengers: Endgame.

In addition to the trailer, Marvel also released a new poster for the film. You’ll notice that it focuses on the heroes who are left standing following Thanos’ victory in Avengers: Infinity War, with the notable addition of Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel. But if you look closer, you’ll also notice that the background is filled with Thanos, all purple and large, just looming there. Is this an allusion to how we last saw the Mad Titan? Watching the sunset on some far off planet, his worries far away from others? I guess we’ll find out soon enough.
