Best of 1980s Sci-Fi Movies – Episode 193

Welcome back to another episode of Movies that Make Us. Valerie is working at San Diego Comic Con, so this week Jake and Tracy invite Krebs from Dungeon Crawlers Radio on to discuss fantasy and sci-fi films from the 80’s and specifically the movie KRULL. Saturday, July 29th is the 40th anniversary of this movie and Dungeon Crawlers Radio is having a screening at Jordan Commons in Sandy, Utah starting at 9:30am with all proceeds going to Primary Children’s Hospital. Visit www.TinyURL.com/krulltimate to donate and help them reach their goal.

Tracy was a child of the 80’s and has a real love for the fantasy and sci-fi films of the era. We discuss such classics as Inner Space, Flight of the Navigator, Dragon Slayer and more.

What are your thoughts on the films of the 80’s? We also want to know what sci-fi and fantasy films are your favorite so let us know on social media. As always, you can reach us at podcast@moviesthatmakeus.com.
