Carrie Fisher Discusses “slave Leia” Controversy

The Wall Street Journal recently published an interview with Carrie Fisher in which she discusses much Star Wars. It’s a great interview, albeit a bit short for my liking, but the best part is when she addresses the Slave Leia controversies that we’ve discussed on our various shows.

There’s been some debate recently about whether there should be no more merchandise with you in the “Return of the Jedi” bikini.

I think that’s stupid.

To stop making the merchandise?
