On May 4th, Disney+ will give Star Wars fans a closer look at the effort and technology that went into the making of The Mandalorian.

The eight-episode documentary series will be hosted by creator and executive producer Jon Favreau who invites the cast and crew to share an unprecedented look at the making of the series.

The series, which will be a round-table format will include topics such as the filmmaking process, George Lucas’s Legacy, how the cast brought the characters to life, the series’ groundbreaking technology, the artistry behind the show’s practical models, effects, and creatures, plus the creative influences, the iconic score, and connections to Star Wars characters and props from across the galaxy.
