Get Ready to Visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

It’s almost time for Disneyland to open the doors to its highly anticipated expansion Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. The new area of the park will begin to welcome visitors on May 31, but actually getting in will be easier said than done.
Even though the new area of the park is included with the price of admission, up until June 24, visitors will need a reservation in addition to their park pass to step foot on Batuu. Specific details on how to make reservations will be available on the Disney Parks Blog and Disneyland.com on May 2 at 8 a.m. PT. Registration opens two hours later at 10 a.m. PT. You will need to have a Disney account in order to be able to register for a reservation so you probably want to get that taken care of well in advance as their servers will likely be pretty loaded the day of.
If you want to bypass the whole registration process and still get a reservation, guests staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel between May 31 and June 23, 2019, will receive a designated reservation to access Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge during their stay. However, if you cancel your stay at the resort, your reservation for Galaxy’s Edge will also be canceled. There will be no gaming of the system…
