For many, Star Wars: The Clone Wars is the best thing to come out of the Star Wars prequels. The series, which took place between Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith, followed the adventures of Obi-Wan Kenobi and a pre-Dark Side Anakin Skywalker, and Anakin’s padawan, Ahsoka Tano. It ran for six seasons between 2008 and 2014 but never really provided fans any type of closure. A trailer for the seventh season is promising that closure.
The trailer primarily focuses on Ahsoka who has turned away from the Jedi Order after becoming disillusioned with the ongoing war. However, she’s not the only character we see. There’s also plenty of Anakin, who appears to be moving ever closer to the Dark Side of the Force, Darth Maul, lots of clones, Jedi, droids, and Mandalorians.
