The Fast and Furious in SPACE! – Utah Remote-Con 2020

Welcome to Utah Remote-Con 2020! This was our first panel of the convention. We kick things off with a bang as we look back on the Fast and Furious franchise and look forward to the future. From the original film through Hobbs and Shaw, all your favorites are here.

This panel was moderated by Steve and Izzy from Everything I learned from Movies Podcast, and included as panelists Val Cameron from Movies That Make Us and Multiplane Podcasts, Craig Price from Matinee Heroes, Be Fuller of SLCNerd, and Robert Neal.

The panel discusses some of the highlights of the series, some of their personal favorite moments, favorite films, and maybe even some of the stinkers. In addition, the team discusses the future of the Fast and Furious franchise. Will FF beat Mission Impossible to space? Clearly, this is the most important space race in the history of the world.

Utah Remote-Con 2020 was a virtual pop culture convention focused on panels that occurred September 7-September 12, 2020. The panels were free to view live on YouTube and Facebook. The hope was to get together and discuss geeky and nerdy topics throughout the week and have fun, as well as helping to raise money for a good cause. The charity we chose to focus on for this convention was the American Cancer Society. Thanks to generous donations from those that attended the panels and enjoyed the show, we were able to raise $2,890 for the fight against cancer.

Over the coming weeks, we will be adding these panels to our Stolendroids Podcast feed to be enjoyed wherever you listen to podcasts. In addition, you can subscribe to our Stolendroids YouTube channel and relive every fun and entertaining moment of our first Utah Remote-Con.

Utah Remote-Con will return March 8-March 13, 2021 with Utah Remote-Con 2!
